Who we are
VSS Glass is the glass candleware sourcing brand of Gaomi Deyun Industry And Trade Co., Ltd, a B2B trading, sourcing and project-coordination company. Our address is Baicheng Town, Gaomi City, Shandong Province, China. For privacy questions, contact mars@vssglass.com.
Information you provide
We receive the name, email address, company, country or region, phone number and project information you choose to provide. An inquiry may include product references, quantities, customization requirements, messages and optional reference files. Please share only information needed for your business inquiry.
How we use information
We use your information to answer questions, prepare quotations, discuss samples and coordinate sourcing, customization and orders. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell inquiry information. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and maintaining service security, or legal obligations, as appropriate.
Who may receive information
Our email and hosting service providers process information needed to deliver these services. Our business email uses NetEase enterprise email. Where your project requires supplier or logistics coordination, we share only the project information needed for that purpose. We may disclose information when required by applicable law. Our team processes inquiries in China; contacting us from another country involves sending your information to China.
How long we keep information
We retain inquiries that do not result in an order, including correspondence and reference files, for 12 months after our last communication with you. At the end of that period, we delete or anonymize these records through our retention review. Order, accounting or dispute records may be kept separately for the period required by applicable law or needed to resolve a specific claim. Any such exception is limited to the necessary records and purpose.
Forms, cookies and technical information
The inquiry service uses necessary session cookies to protect and operate the form. It may temporarily retain form information and a reference file when you correct a submission. Security controls use a hashed network address and request counts to limit abuse. The current website does not include advertising trackers or a third-party analytics service. Hosting services may process connection and security logs; the hosting details and retention settings will be reviewed before public launch.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing mars@vssglass.com. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for legal obligations or claims. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority.
